there ain’t no difference between the two parties

BREAKING (November 21, 2013, 11:08 am): “Senate Democrats just voted to reform the filibuster and stop the obstruction of President Obama’s nominees!

This is an important step to end a wave of unprecedented obstruction by Republicans.

But outrageously, Mitch McConnell, Ted Cruz, and the rest of the Republicans are vowing to bring the entire Senate to a screeching halt as payback for stopping their unprecedented obstruction.”

BREAKING (November 21, 2013, 12:39 pm): “The U.S. House of Representatives voted last night to pass the so-called Protecting States’ Rights to Promote American Energy Security Act (HR 2728). This is a bill that would block federal environmental standards of hydraulic fracturing on federal lands.

A companion bill has been distributed in the Senate by Utah Senator Orrin Hatch.”

Keep in mind that the vote about filibustering above would also keep Democratic minority from filibustering a Republican majority in the future.

This second piece comes to you by a Republican majority who refuse to acknowledge that virtually every single American living in a fracking zone—including their own constituents—is totally opposed to more fracking. But, who’s surprised, right?

Remember “little” things like this the next time you want to blurt out that there is no difference between the two parties . . .
